There's a seat at our table for you as a Retail Team Leader. This role plays a critical part in leading and supporting our retail team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. The Retail Team Leader ensures the store runs efficiently while motivating the team to achieve sales and service goals.

Essential Functions:

• Oversees daily retail store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leads and supports a team of retail associates, providing guidance and training.
• Drives sales initiatives and ensures an exceptional customer experience.
• Assists in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
• Analyzes sales trends and provides insights to improve store performance.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Handles customer inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Collaborates with management to execute promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Maintains accurate records of sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Assists in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
• Experience with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive results and achieve performance targets.
