Senior Network Designer - TS/SCI FSP

Description:

TENICA is looking to hire a Senior Network Designer - TS/SCI FSP. Must have active TS/SCI with FS poly.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing secure network infrastructures.
• Expertise in network architecture, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and SDN technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Experience with network monitoring and security tools, including IDS/IPS and SIEM solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud networking in environments like AWS, including VPC, Direct Connect, and Transit Gateway.
• Understanding of NIST 800-53 security controls and network accreditation processes on secure networks.
• Familiarity with encryption technologies, PKI, and secure communication protocols.
• Experience implementing network segmentation and zero-trust architectures.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Python scripting for network configuration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues and optimizing network performance.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with software-defined networking (SDN) and network function virtualization (NFV).
• Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto network solutions.
• Experience in hybrid cloud networking strategies and integrations.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are a plus.
